Mine a few days ago tracked almost immediately with the 9.99. Possible deal limit has been reached?

same for me I ordered last night 5pm and its showing same on my 'clicks to merchants' as yours, but nothing tracked yet for me, in my experience if they havent tracked by 24 hours later Ive usually had to make a manual claim (though most of mine tracked earlier than 24 hours) whenever ive made a manual claim Ive always got the cashback come through, so hopefully we will be ok

Did you follow the link from mse, looks like yours tracked at the 4% rate. I always sign into tcb, well quidco as never usually use tcb tbh, then click through any links and use the clicked through window to place orders. Saves clicking link then going through to tcb, then having to sign in. :beer:
