Ebook Royalties & Self Assessment Tax

HELP!! 
OK, I thought I had all the information together but now I don't know where to stick it!
The bit I'm stuck on is my ebook royalties.
I have received $x (which I know how to convert to UK £) in ebook royalties from Amazon and £y from UK Amazon. I have some broadband to offset and some bank charges.
How do I deal with this on my Self Assessment online malarky.
Someone please help me before I write an ebook on how trying to declare a couple of hundred quid so I could pay tax on it drove me mad.
