Csa backpayments

Options
MY Son died at the age of eleven a few months ago, the CSA have just contacted me as they want to close the account, i sent payslips 2 years ago after a pay increase, however they sent them back with a complements slip, but never increased my payments. now however he has died, they need to close the account, because they didn't increase my payments when i notified them of my pay increase, they now demand a shortfall of over two thousand pounds.....that's their fault,, or am i being picky? shouldn't they just close the account. I've already lost my son. what are they trying to do? most importantly how do i s top them???? please help..,

I find your comment on the other thread very strange.

I do not want to accuse you of being a troll, as you speak of a child dying. But this is very odd.

It is quite disturbing, why would the csa want payslips to close the account? People on here have reached the end of their commitment time and have not mentioned having to send in payslips.
I too hope it is not a troll post :o

I didn;t read it as they wanted the Pay Slips now, they had them and sent them back 2 years ago, but they did not act on them, and now they try to close the account they have an arrears they want paying... A little insensitive in my eyes, and certainly not very tactful that is for sure...!

After the 2nd read then yes I see what you are saying, I'm still rather wary that it is a troll post, I know the CSA are not perfect by a long shot, makes it seem a little fabricated :o

Sorry but I call troll here.

Quite sick if you ask me. To use the death of a child as the basis of a troll post.
Which is why I didn't want to say anything in the beginning. I didn't want to believe anyone would stoop so low.
