DIY Bridesmaid diamante top?

Hiya, I'm trying to think of a nice way to ask my bridesmaids to be bridesmaids! After lots of clicking on pinterest I've decided I'd like to ask them, and (hopefully!) when they accept give them a tshirt with bridesmaid on

does anyone know how to do this themselves? I could always just use the iron on paper you can print onto, but would love a bit of sparkle!

I don't know how I'm afraid, but that's a really cool idea!
If you didn't necessarily want diamantes, you could get some sparkly fabric paint and do it that way for a bit of sparkle
Kinda depends how well you can write with fabric paint though
