What would be the best mortgage for financing a house renovation. Would it be possible to buy a run down terraced house with some equity i have in a house i already own?

I intend to buy the house with a mortgage ,renovate and sell asap.So would only need the mortgage for a short term.0

Is the house currently habitable? Does it have functioning sanitation facilities and a basic kitchen?
