Anyone not received their consumer pulse vouchers before?

Hi

I haven't received my last 2 consumer pulse vouchers I ordered.

I emailed them and I have to wait 20 working days till I can email again.

Do you know if they issue out the vouchers again? or will they investigate where the vouchers went and take ages?

Was really wanting to buy a dress from new look that was in the sale lol

  • Never had any issues I'm afraid - our vouchers have always come as ordered, although the ones we were waiting for this time took a bit longer than usual to arrive. What response did you get to your first email?
  • I emailed them after 10 working days saying they haven't arrived. They usually came within 3 days after ordering.

    They responded that I have to wait 20 working days and email them again so I have to wait until this Friday.

    Hopefully they can cancel the vouchers or something so they can sent out another 2.

    It is puzzling me how they have not arrived. Never had anything go missing via royal mail.
