Well it's early next week and i'm a little nervous...
What exactly will they be trying to establish from their questioning and how will they use this information? What questions will they ask? Is there questioning to determine mis-conduct, to use & understand the debt in case a creditor contacts them, both, other?
A few of the debts listed was incurred between Aug-Sep following 2 weeks off work so worried they will see this as anticipatory. An OD of £150 was used towards bankruptcy fees in Jan 2013 - I was asked how fees was paid in a ten min conversation last week and openly said this was used towards it? How will they react to this?
Please share your experiences.
Thanks

From my experience the examiner Ispoke to was very nice she asked me what had caused my bankruptcy, how much I earnt etc, everything she asked me was on my statement of affairs, she asked if I had any questions and that was it my interview only lasted 25 minutes. Every interview is different my sisters interview lasted 1 hour. Just be honest and don't try to hide anything and you will be fine.:j.

agree with DD, mine lasted an hour ish, basically went through the SOA and forms confirming things, asking what the spending was on, there was no judgement from the OR, in the scheme of things from what you say don't think they will have a problem with the 150 O/D or the spending, hardly reckless.
Mine was very nice and fair, even pointed out things I had missed on my SOA, saving for a holiday etc.
The main thing is don't try to fudge them, if you don't know something say so, they may ask for confirmation or evidence posted/emailed to them later, remember it is not an instant process and can take weeks/months to finalise any IPA etc, the main ''deed'' is done when you went to court and got your BR badge, the rest is now admin.
Have you BR forms in front of you and read through them again before the interview, they will ask the main reason for BR and not being able to servie your debt as a little statement towards the end, have this in your mind ready, ie Redundancy, relationship break up, down turn in business/earnings.
Good luck,
every time I manage to get one more breath into this body, I will sing a song of thanks to you my brothers, my sisters, my friends, may your sleep be peaceful, and angels sing sweetly in your ears.0
