Should i wait to take my pension?

As we said, you haven't answered our Q's sufficiently (as you keep using the wrong terminology- for a start you say a personal pension but the govt changed the rules so you can't access these until age 55, you mention Frozen etc).
Yes if the scheme rules allow, you can take it early as a reduction.
and no, you don't understand pensions enough to do so.

there will be a commutation rate (a reduction of x percent) for every year you retire earlier than 62, so yes it will be beneficial to wait until another birthday has passed.

For some FS schemes (eg NHS) the commutation rate may be calculated monthly - so every month you wait the pension would increase but a birthday isn't a significant 'landmark'. The scheme admin, who presumably provided your quote, should be able to advise.Once it's gone, it's gone - so remember...
