Training provider bankrupt! training material not recieved!

Hello Everyone,
A number of years ago I took out a career development loan with barclays to pay for a course with Advent training.
A number of years later Advent went into insolvency, leaving me with a large sum of money to pay off and only one part of the six part course supplied in training materials.
I was wondering if anyone knew what my rights were? Barclays have just said that any grievances with the training provider are nothing to do with them and I still have to pay it off.
I have paid out a lot of money now and I haven't seen any of the course work for it.
Help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

If whoever sold you the course also sold you the loan then Barclays are liable if the loan was over £100.
If that is the case I suggest you make a complaint that they misled you.0
