Hi Everyone
I love the twinks hobnobs recipe on here and have made it a lot! I have an idea to try a new variation it but don't want to waste ingredients(because not sure it would work).
So here's my idea:
some chopped glazed cherries(left over from xmas)
dessicated coconut
almond flour(instead of regular white flour)
oats
honey
margarine and 1 tsp bicarb soda
So should i try this combo? Would it all stick together? I am not really a baker,so am a little lost. Any ideas welcome! Zara

Hi Zara,
I make these using a luxury fruit & nut muesli I get from Lidl and they are gorgeous, so I'm sure your ingredients would be fine - just no sure about the almond flour though0 -
Thank you for your responses. It's the almond flour I was worried about,as I have never cooked with it before.0
