CSA1, 2 or 3?

Got another baby due April, I'm paying my ex via DOE at the moment (my son is 10). Questions are;
Am I on CSA1 or 2?
Will I change to 3?
Does the amount change % wise?
Have called CSA myself and had 2 different answers!
Although this may sound strange, I'm still paying my current (on/off) OH via CSA for my daughter, and we're not living together (long story).

You are probably on csa 2, csa 3 is based on gross pay apparently and the % is slightly less from the gross eg 12, 15 and 20% vs 15, 20 and 25% , however I think the csa 3 works out a greater reduction from your salary.0

12% of 240 gross = 28.80
15% of 206 net. = 30.90
not much difference by the looks, until you go to 9% reduction of income for kids living at home, as apposed to equal figures... - even less money for second families...0 -
Cheers, just wanted to know that things wouldn't be messed up. Know where I stand now and will register no.3 with them. To cut a long story short my ex doesn't spend enough on my lad due to her having debts so I'd rather spend the extra on him than her get more if I was to take my other 2 off my claim.0
