Ah I get you now. As a person from Northern Ireland in a significantly falling market, it's something that CANNOT be overlooked.
The yields are getting better on a monthly basis with falling prices but there is bound to be a support level hit sometime soon.0 -

Then there's future direction of interest rates to consider.
There's a correlation between markets. Anybody assuming that today is the new norm may be in for a shock. As I suspect we have years of adjustment ahead. As banks still have minimum of 5 years in which to address their balance sheets.0
