hi
I'm new so please be kind! :j
I'm starting to get a little worried after reading this thread as a lot of people seem to be having problems with their lender but me and OH are having none at all?
I keep thinking it is too good to be true but I've read some really bad reviews.
Am I too naive or can they really be this easy?

Mortgages can fly through even for people with adverse credit. The trick is to get the right lender.
There is a thread on here where someone had similar doubt and wanted to hear good stories. I got my mortgage accepted in under a week and completed in around 4-5 weeks, it was actually delayed because the vendor hadnt got a death certificate for his wife but that wasnt a major issue for me as i wasnt in a chain.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Sites such as this are often for people to post looking for help with issues.
Don't worry. If it is a straight forward application then it will be trouble free.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. that has made me feel quite a bit better! I was saying to him earlier that it seems to be a little quiet and when I called earlier the lady said they are waiting for the valuation that is booked in on wednesday so might have an offer this week! I'm so excited!0

Buying your first home is the same thrill as learning to ride a bike and passing your driving test. An experience never to be forgotten. Fingers crossed everything flies through.0
