Inventory apps...

Hi all,
Just wondering if any of you use apps for your inventory? I did a stock take over the weekend using paper templates printed off the Internet which are fine for an initial stock take but moving forward I don't think they will be practical for updating when I'm using things or adding them.
I'm not particularly computer literate with spreadsheets and such but I think there are some apps that do the job. Does anyone use any and which ones would you recommend?
