Hi,
I just use a microfibre cloth and whatever multi purpose cleaner I have diluted in hot water.
IMHO you do not need anything special.

How is it treated? Is it varnished or polished?
Varnished can be cleaned with a damp cloth etc
Polished wood with damp cloth for severe spills but usually dusted/ mopped and polished with wax polish or linseed oil0 -
Mine has been down for about 18 months. Mostly, it just needs hoovering to be honest, though if you have several children and pets it may need a bit more. Only OH, myself and mini-pooch here.
If it does want washing (as when small grandchildren have visited, and spilled / dropped food) I just use something gentle like washing up liquid dissolved in hot water, and squeezing the mop out really well to avoid soaking it.
I guess it might depend on the finish on the wood though? Are there no instructions from the manufacturer?
Lakeland do some products for hard floors, but the occasional wipe with diluted washing up liquid is ok for me.

I agree with Linda32 -microfibre cloth every time -I've tried loads of different 'specialist' cleaners only to be left with a dull film -now just use microfibre cloth and a tiny amount of cleaner (whatever I've got in!) diluted in water and feel that works best !!.
