Several posts on HUKD regarding 10p items today and of course many people have had cancellation phone calls & wasted journeys.

As I would have expected since these items are on shop floor and by the time the staff receive the reservation order and go on to shop floor the items will have been sold to someone else. First come first serve since the reservation isn't reliable.

I have only ordered some items because I am going through the town where they have the items available on the way to a uni open day. I am being very reserved and sensible - have only ordered a few bits for pressies, and a couple of bits for uni - the knife block sets look like a fab deal! I think what I will do is do another "practise" reservation order the day before, to check if the stuff is still in stock, and if it is then no problems, and if not, then I know not to go on the way there! Hehe

My order was cancelled. I went to Fareham store and got purple napkin rings 10 pence each. There were lots of them and few silver ones as well. Also there were few Christmas tree decorations (baubles, felt hearts and mini red trees) on the shelves by the entrance.

Ordered some items last night and received an order confirmation E.mail saying they were in stock and to collect in store.
Just had a phone call from them telling me items are now out of stock.

There's loads of items in Dunelm Po+tr+ack St+cton, still marked 50% off, but scanning between 10p and £1. :j

There is also sets of 4000 piece card craft sets for £1 from £14.99 (about 10 sets left at 10 this morning).
