Frustration with credit file update

I got some fab advice from here when I went BR 18 months ago, and it's great to see the same names supporting the forums.
I'm now in the middle of updating my credit history and I wanted to say to anyone about to start - BE PESISTANT AND CHECK THE DETAILS. Some entries have been updated easily by the banks etc, but some just haven't taken any action. It gets harder when the debt has been sold as it can be difficult to track these companies
This really is a little reminder to people to keep an eye on the updates and their credit file, as it's so important to do but can be really frustrating.

Don't forget to complain to the information commisioner if needs be. I think it's the only way some of these will learn.
They are about 8 weeks behind at the moment, so get your complain in early.0
