Ikano Finance - Real Website?
Hi all
Long story short, back in the dark days of my not paying attention to my finances I took out Interest Free Credit with Bensons for bed, shockingly enough, for a bed. I know that I pay "Ikano Fianance" monthly as thats where the Direct Debit goes, but I've misplaced/lost all the papaerwork to go with it. (As I Said, dark days, things are much better now!)
Anyway, I want to settle the outstanding amount on the loan, but upon gogoleing Ikano, Is ee two different web addresses, Ikano.co.uk and Ikano.net. Does anyone know if these are both the real company? As I need to call up, somehow find my account and pay it off, I just need to make sure I'm calling the right people!
Regards
Paul

Their main site is .co.uk but their payments platform appears to sit on .net0

I signed up on line as my wife missed a payment on her new look store card, she said she tried calling twice and both times got an automated message saying their systems were down and to call back.. she forgot to call back.
First month I signed up and made a payment OK. The last two months have been the same shambles as follows.
Link to my account on email error goes to server error page.
Log in via website all OK until select payment page on selecting amount and continue it goes to a 2nd page which has a blank grey box. Thought it might be because I was using a Mac, tried an Ipad and a Win 8 PC with 3 different browsers and got the same thing. Ended up calling and told we have problems on the website.
It is almost inconceivable that a large financial company cannot rectify an issue within 1 month on their website, coupled with similar issues on their phone systems. Am I unlucky or are they really this bad?0
