I emailed them asking where they stock the espresso and cherry bars. I got a reply saying sorry it is not our policy to send free bars of chocolate we are a very small department and cant hold the stock!!!!!!!
I didnt ask for any free samples i asked where they stock them is there hidden words here????

I did likewise, didn't mention free samples, but said i hadn't been able to find xx anywhere could they please tell me who stocked it locally - and gave my address,
I got a reply telling me to 'try local outlets' ... no specific store mentioned.
Wasn't impressed.Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
