Before starting the shred dvds I couldnt hold myself in a plank, do sit-ups, jumping jacks for longer than a few seconds etc etc I can now 'do' anything I've attempted. My weight loss has stopped now though which is a little disheartening but I feel so much better in myself I wont quitBow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -
Healthy eating wise your OP does not suggest that it suggests a restrictive imbalanced diet. Meal replacements are generally full of processed rubbish and make it much more difficult to get the right number of servings of wholefoods in the rest of the day. Consider a stick blender with it's own lidded beaker and making your own smoothie.
If you want to go low carb you need to increase protein and fat, eat FAR more nuts and seeds to get enough minerals and fibre. If you want to go low fat you need to eat far more carbs and protein and look at your intake of essential fatty acids. Do not randomly eliminate food groups or massively reduce macronutrients without professional advice, you could easily end up with a diet that does not supply a balance of all nutrients the body needs for health.
Salad is rarely a good idea on a regular basis, most of us struggle to achieve five servings a day in the full rainbow of colours let alone the nine plus you need if cutting back on other food groups. If you do use this weigh your produce and be sure they are all bright or dark coloured, no traditional insipid produce. Oily fish and offal are more nutritious than most terrestrial meats.
Please don't start any form of intense exercise especially training unsupervised until you have been specifically cleared by a hospital consultant or other senior doctor, I would not train you after pleurisy without that.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
