How do the sizes work? What would the XXSmall and XSmall be? Sizing chart only shows sizes by age.

Angel Sizing: XXS= Size 6/Ages 12 years XSS= Size 8/ 13 years S= Size 10/ 14 years M= Size 12/ 15 years L= Size 14/ 16years.
