Clean up advice

Evening
I have been trying to sort out my credit files. I have just signed up to noddle and found a few surpises!
One is for a British gas account from a house I havent lived in for 6 years, that has green markers for years including this month!
The other is for an old bank account (basic) that I had with a joint partner, again at a very old address (my childhood home one) that has a default on it from 2008 - just after my bankruptcy. It was £60 then £119. it wasnt included in my BR because it wasnt in arrears then (on £0 as never really used it) and dont know what could have caused these arrears. Dont have any statements for it as it was online but have no online banking details either! do I call them and see what caused it (also need to get the account closed down to stop financial link with ex!) or just wait another 18 months for it to drop off my file?

I feel quite sad, I really did make such a mess of things in the park, I let my ex rule my life and mess everything up. Worse thing is he still tries to all the time through our kids:( I don't know what made me so stupid! i now have a great partner who I want to build a life with and get a mortgage at some point, but this is forevering in the way:(
