Hi to All,
I have used some company services and failed to pay about 3000 pounds. Now they have sent me Claim form for Judgement. Now please tell me what to do? do i have to send a court a acknowledgement of service? do i have to attend court? will they take my assets? etc.
Please advice asap.
Regards.

What sort of company services was it Tony? Did you have some work done? Are you disputing anything? Or is it on a credit card.
As Lyn says I would give CCCS a call first thing so they can guide you through the whole process. But if you give us a little more info we might be able to be of use too.:A

I don't know much about CCJ's, but it might be a good idea to take the court papers to the CAB to get some advice and if there is a Court appointment I would always advise that you attend.Debts in April 07 = £12,547.61 Debts in Aug 08 = £0I'm debt free!
