Lol just found this comment on the Capital FM Shreddies comp...
"Would love to win so I can spend the money on my grandparents and give them an amazing holiday before they pass away."
I bet her grandparents are thrilled that she's counting down the remainder of their lives!!

lol yeah i just read that too , it makes me angry ( TBH im a red head and it doesnt take a lot ) but seriously get a grip !! also sorry to hear of the newt tradgedy and moreover the shoelace breakage sad sad times my friend !

The comments on the WKD Facebook comp really annoyed me as some people were complaining that money wasn't going to worthy causes. Also people trying to enter the comp by posting their sob stories in a comment instead of using the app irked me too.

There are some corkers. While there are some genuine sob stories out there, it's a bit sickening that folks use some of them to try and win something. It's a bit of a dirty tactic, especially when the prize is something like bubble bath or beer.

I don't know why companies don't do away with daft comps like that, and just have a question or a "like" competition where everybody has a fair chance and not try and outdo each other.
Then again, some of the stories are so wacky, it does pass the time reading them.
BTW, someone is bound to pinch the sick newt comment to try and win a pen or something :rotfl:

They drive me mad, there are no way half of them are real, surely if things were that bad they would be making the most of their last days with their relatives, plus you have to feel for their poor ill relatives who are being 'used' so they can win a prize :eek:

Hee hee hee they are prob hoping to send them on an extreme holiday - rock climbing or something in the hope that they will fall and die - so they can claim their inheritance lol! :rotfl:

Other comments that really get my goat are the ones that go "I bet I don't win. I never win anything" followed by "I told you I wouldn't win"

I used to see it a lot on twitter aswell, the other thing that bugs me is people making out they have no money and havent got a phone etc....

I once saw someone entering to win a phone, saying there's was rubbish etc, yet they were tweeting off an iphone lol

hee hee! I won £138 on this WKD one aswell for saying" I needed the money to buy a pastie at each station on a long rail trip!"

Gluttony not sob wins every time!! ....actually that is more relevant than I realise because I then the next 2 thinks I won were won cupcakes and sweets!!!

Maybe I'm onto something, or only enter comps with food in ha ha
