Trying to avoid food shopping but it's deff that time of the month where we're looking in the fridge thinking 'hmmmm' :rotfl:
Same here, 14 days no-food-shop but I'm determined to keep going for a few days longer:)

  • Morning all,

Reporting in with NSD #5 & 6 so some progress for me. Life has finally been to slow down and I have a week off work this week. I'll be using my time off to do some fun things with the children but also to get some spring cleaning done. :A

How is everyone doing? Need to catch up with the thread again.

Between three of us in the family, we've had FIVE appointments with various medicoes in four days this week & I've definitely come off the worst :(

I was supposed to be having a fasting blood test Thurs morning but she couldn't find any blood, even though she had four attempts so I had to go back yesterday. If this other phlebotomist
hadn't struck the motherload on her third attempt I would have had a trip to the Path lab about 9 miles away, but where they would have tried sticking a hypodermic next doesn't bear thinking about shock.gif
Also on Thursday, the Denist informs me I have an abcess & it's been there a while--news to me!--& I'm on antibiotics to clear it up (I checked with the pharmacist when I filled the prescription & delayed the first couple of tablets till after the other lot struck burgundy ;) ) Deep joy angry-chicken-smiley-emoticon.gif..dental treatment..be, still, my, beating, heart.

Anyhoozle..my personal dark clouds ^^^^ didn't forget to bring the silver linings too so *mumbles mathematical manglings shwirshwipahun
15 days subtract 3 spennnndieeeeeesizzzzzz shwipshwip careee the seffennn* 12 nsds please, up to & including yesterday.

  • Morning All,

BigMummaF- you sound like you've had alot on this past week. Hope it all works out.

I have to say, I'm just pleased to finally see my name on the list of NSD grabbers! I thought today was going to be a spend day but the biggest littly doesn't want to get out of her pj's today so I might get a bonus NSD. Will post later if I have been successful!
One hell of a night last night, with everyone up at some point which meant I was up too. Think it started at 1am and I haven't been to sleep since. I'm much more of a morning lark than a night owl so today will be a toughie....
Still, the birds were singing this morning and the sun is trying to shine...I do believe winter might be on its way out...
