Boooo snow here today. Thankfully it's turned to slush now.
Grabbed my NSD 3 today and clung on to it.
Hope everyone is keeping warm.

Evening everyone
Bitterly cold and biting wind here with some rain for added measure.
Didn't get on here last night as I was too tired so had an early night.
A spend day for me today as my mobile phone d/d that should have left my account yesterday went out today instead.
There should be a string of NSDs for me for the remainder of the week as I don't need anything including food or catfood.
Hope everyone is well (and hugs to you if you're not).

PS - EvertheOptimist, I hope your husband has a safe trip back to Afghan. I am sure I read he is going back today. (Will catch up with what I've missed a bit later on).NSD Challenge 2015: Jan 20 / 20 (2 x 5 in-a-row) / Feb 5 / 12 (4 in-a-row)

Just popping in to update... Yesterday and today both NSDs so up to 5 and 5 in-a-row.
Done the grocery shopping today which was well under budget - thanks to special offers and reductions managed to spend less than 2 weeks budget for 4 weeks food(except for fresh fruit & veg and bread/rolls which I try to get from the reductions at the weekend).
Even better managed to get a voucher giving me 8p a litre off fuel (just as well as £70 doesn't even last a fortnight now:mad:)."Whether you think you can, or you think you can't -- you're right" - Henry Ford0 -

Nargleblast wrote: »Kerri - regarding foundation. If you have a Lush shop near you (or just check out their website) they do something called Colour Supplement. It comes in 5 shades in a small pot. Use it neat as a concealer or blend fifty-fifty with your usual moisturiser and use as a light, moisturising foundation. I got some 2 months ago, and use it 3 times a week when I go to work, and there is still loads left, enough for a few months yet. If you were able to drop into a shop they might let you try a smear on your skin to see if it causes problems.
Alternatively you could look for a website that does discontinued cosmetic lines, you might find your favourite stuff on there.
Thanks Nargle - I never think of Lush but I do have store not far from me. My foundation is a daily application else I'd be featuring on crimewatch :rotfl:MummyRivett wrote: »I live and work in London, I used to go to Harvey Nics Bar, if you wanted me to get your foundation and post it would that help?
Ahh, thanks MummyR, that's a lovely offer. I do have a friend who also lives / works in London and also offered to pop into Harvey Nics for me too but I shall keep that in mind. Seems everyone is keen for an excuse to pop into Harvey's :rotfl::rotfl:PennySaving wrote: »Hi All!

Congratulations on reducing the food shop bill :j
Well, I think for the first time ever I am declaring 5 in a row which means 5 NSD :j I don't think I've ever started the month off like this.
