My DD's class (reception) have been cooking. they have made porridge, pumpkin soup, stir fry, omelette, little 'hedgehog' bread rolls rice crispie cakes, fairy cakes.
my older DD hasn't done any cooking at all this year.
fruit salads always go down well and are a chance for the littlies to try something they maybe haven't seen before, also the chocolate fridge cakes are easy. rocky road? how about vegetable kebabs?
I love to hear of children learning real life skills xxxfreecycler and skip diver extraordinnaire:cool:0
