Have you tried sites like ownersdirect. Might be a flat to rent for a few days within budget.

I would say one of the nice tatty teddy bears in a little valentine jumper. They do ones 'to my boyfriend' and are aimed at that age group. Nice innocent gift with a card.
You can get similar things everywhere but this range is one of the nicest.
Sounds like a nice boyfriend she has there. My sister is going through the same sort of thing as my nieces b/f parents are millionaires. A last minute break for them is taking their kids and about 8 mates skiing.
I think teddy is perfect and if its half term and you have the time maybe some handmade bicuits she can make and ice. Heart shaped obviously.
Hope that helps.

Very good ideas there - yes same situation here as your sister:Dnever stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

Good evening all.
Been up since 4am with various children so went back to bed today for 3 hours (was so tired!) after doing an As shop for yet more mullers and S&G.
Lala, hope Alfie's much better soon and hugs to you and everyone else who needs them.
Fair play to the manager that confiscated the trolley from the greedy whoopsie Lady. In my local Ts the staff told me one day they had to get security down as the vultures circling got out of control (they nearly knocked my toddler flying once as we walked by at the completely wrong time as the whoopsie trolley was bought out and we weren't even trying to get any! ).pattylabelle wrote: »Help needed from wimmin with teenage sons.
My DD has a little boyfriend aged 15.....she sees him once a month but they love each other:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Now this is where I need help- he buys her expensive gifts.....obviously with mum and dads money. My DD needs to buy him something decent for valentines day. What is a suitable present for a 15 year old boy - I don't have boys ya see:D
Awwww young love, my teenage DS got his first girlfriend a couple of weeks back (he sees her for an hour at the weekend only, awww bless :rotfl: ) and they exchanged valentines gifts today. She bought him a toblerone and he's over the moon with it, but he is niave for his age so would probably have been happy with a packet of crisps or something :rotfl: I wouldn't let him give her anything more than a box of MT
No idea what to suggest though, buying for Boys is much harder than Girls!Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Regarding Avs M:
Maybe the offers that the APG has collected but which were marked as expiring 10/2/13 will appear as N/A if checked on Monday (from shops done Monday onwards) as no new price data is available on them yet?
No idea.0 -

Trust me to book flights for a bank holiday weekend nd the whole blimmin world seems to want to do the same :mad:
Budget of £250 or under in central Amsterdam. Shouldn't be difficult. Most places are only taking bookings for 3 nights min or twin rooms when I want double :mad::mad:
try on here some lovely places http://www.hostelbookers.com/search/netherlands/amsterdam/?&gclid=COq5u6nQrLUCFWXHtAodDgcABA, also if you just went with no place booked you will find lots of places have room me and o/h have done this few times :o0 -
Savvybuyer wrote: »Hi again - I've just noticed the following on the Sada APG website tonight (whilst I was looking for something else) -
NI readers, sorry, skip again!
"The Price Guarantee website will be updated by 8am daily, except in the case of Morrisons data, which will normally be updated twice a week on a Wednesday and a Friday, which means that the Morrisons prices checked may be up to 5 days old (see Terms and conditions numbers 1 and 3). On rare occasions, depending on the timing of bank holidays (particularly at Christmas and New Year), Morrisons prices checked may be up to 7 days old."
So the M prices used this Tuesday will be the ones from last Wednesday? (Even though price collection by the Sada agency is done on Monday?) Might give us a chance to use the Morries offers from this last week that have expired today, even though they're no longer available in M's?
It does suggest Wednesday's price collection data (which I expect doesn't substantially differ from Monday's) is only put into the system on Friday. Last week the Herta Frankfurters were about the only item I had down as on offer on Monday in M that weren't still on offer there on the Wednesday. So things can change, or new offers added on Wednesday like the cabbages. It suggests if you shop on Wednesday (probably safer to shop on Thursday), check the receipt on Friday evening - or even on Saturday. (Except for glitch situation.)
In a way, I'm glad Sada/MSM is as delayed as I am with getting the price info. sorted out! The quote from the PG website is a new addition that I have spotted: a change to what I saw there last time I looked (2? 3? months ago?)
I really must apologise for doubting you when you joined the Elite a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, you joined during a period where several AEs were posting and your style led me to believe that you may be one of them.
However, you have proved yourself time and time again since before Christmas and I must admit, your posts have been invaluable to a lot of us in our quest to save loads of cash.
So, given that Nannylalla can't start the new thread, how about you, Savvybuyer? Without a doubt you deserve the honour of doing it. Does anyone else agree?:D:D0 -
