Love all the home baking, making my mouth water!!
Think I will do some scones tomorrow. Quick Q for all you bakers out there, when I make scones they are very crumbly and fall apart, could I add an egg to the mixture to bind it together better?:)

I never add egg but I think you can. Maybe trying adding a touch more milk so the mix isn't too dry. We don't want to waste an egg unnecessarily do we::)

I never add egg either but did see that blokey who does bake off with mary berry uses bread flour, i dont i use sr flour, butter , sugar , pinch salt and milk and what ever im flavouring with

If it's covered in gravy my hubby will eat it.
