Got my copy from argos in the end
I started it for a bit of fun just using You tube so didn't really record my first fit test results but decided to buy a copy from Argos and do it right.
I'm loosely following the diet plan that comes with it - it has totally turned my approach to diet and exercise upside down and already feel the benefits of eating more and doing less - no more hrs on the bike for me. I'm not weighing myself I'm going by (hopefully) inches lost.
Pure cardio certainly gets you goingFit test tomorrow
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Oddly my errant receipt from last Sunday came back on Tuesday - oh well at least it came back and I now have a goodly ammount of TPP to make a list with“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0

Better go and do tea.
We are off to a wedding reception this evening.
It is a happy sad event if you know what i mean. My MIL funeral is next friday, and this is her grandsons wedding. I know she will be there in spirit with her tia maria and ice. My sister in law is still reeling from her mums death. This will be the first time all the family have been together in years, then back together for the funeral next friday.0
