I agree, this horse meat was most probably certified fit for human consumption in France, where it is widely sold and eaten, it's just that we as a nation don't eat it.
totally agree espeacily since the introduction of eu pasports for horses that they all have to have any medication has to be written down and certain types the vet has to put in the passport that they are unfit fot human consumption so it is most properly good quality meat .0 -
Random Question Time
Do any of you :A know of an mse way do unclog a bath plughole - it's running slow rather than blocked and I know you can buy those liquids that dissolve hair (which is what I'm assuming it is) but they are a bit expensive ... does bleach work the same? Or any 'old wives tales' that work?
TIA Paula
This may have already been mentioned by now but apparently hair removal cream works...never tried it myself but if you've got any old immac hanging around could be worth a go0 -

Now that I've recently changed address again I'm tempted to get a photo one. I think it's free when you change address (?)
My only worry is do I tell them my previous address was my mum's or do I give them the address I was living at but forgot to tell them about?Be careful with this as, I believe, it's law to have the correct address on a licence, if you get pulled over they would query different address on licence to car/insurance, as for renewing don't they send a reminder
Just popped on before going for niece - well not telling them you haven't moved is a big no no. Haven't got time to check re fine - whether its same or worse than no update photo (which is a recent thing). Not even sure if its a criminal offence for not updating address (as per izzy65's reasons).
So auu1 - don't confuse them - skip your last address and put your mum's to new one (although whats on your car reg document?)
CoT - time to change address quick methinks.
I am one of them who hasn't got round to update photo, and am now kicking myself must do it - but I will look 10 years older and shorn! Hey ho. Am now braving without buff on head - friends etc all say looks groovy short DS and DD just say Noooo!!! :rotfl: Would like to say like Audrey Hepburn but I no longer have slim face and add wrinkles. Well that will teach me for procrastinating guys ... At least it will get updated after 10 years - oops don't want to think how old I'll be then!

good to see alfie is feeling better,
last night my poor daughter who is 21 and very scared of thunder was totally wound up by her younger brother after the earth quake he told her it was just a warning and we would get worse, she was in bed and was worried about things fallingof the wall he told her to be more worried about the roof falling in and as she is on a high bed would not have time to escape :eek: afterthe second one she was convinced it was going to get worse, after a hot chocolate and no other quakes she realised she was being wound up:D but i know she will be out for revenge,,,0 -
