Think it was Artha who mentioned back kitchen. We had one too:)

Love the word parlour - much better than living room or sitting room. Save us from reception room:) or there's lounge.
We used to have a larder at home when I was young and a box bedroom:)

We had a box bedroom when I lived with my parents!!!

Mullers no longer working against Morrisons.

Just put my receipt in from lunch time.

10 Mullers bought got 0 against Morrisons but £1.67 against Waitrose as they compared 65p Asda against 50p at Waitrose.

Mullers, were working at lunchtime, got expected APG back.

Again I've just used this time Westvleteren's post and not actually responded to it (sidetracked and forgot all about doing so!:rotfl::rotfl:)

So left you all in a total mystery as to why I'd used it.:rotfl:

    I was supposed to say:
that the Sada Chosen by You Dark Chocolate Spread on my list vs M had been calculated to work out cheaper (excluding possibility of MOC usage etc. against the Nutella) than the Nutella vs M.

The Lyle's Pouring Syrup 454g was, at one point, on my vs M list (last week) but I think somewhere it came back N/A on the APG vs M so it was removed and not included again this week. If the APG picks it up, as it should, M is cheapest on this so it is an A vs M item (M 66p).

As well as the Green's Lemon Pancakes, there is also the McDougalls Pancake Mix on offer at M. This is more expensive (£3.04/kg) than the Lemon Pancakes. However, 39p (for 128g) is hardly great expense and I recall it works out better than the price per unit on the Betty Crocker's (again excluding the situations of possible glitches and/or MOCs being used). I was searching back to try to find the varieties of Persil WUL stocked in M - I didn't have any information written down about that but it was useful as it reminded me of some previous M prices on a large range of products over the year (so that if I spot what seems good in future I might sometimes now recall it's previously been cheaper:T).

My search revealed that these McDougalls Pancake Mixes were also on offer in M back in July last year. However, the offer then was more expensive than the price is now, by the tune of being 1p dearer. This appears to be lowest price of the year - so out to M's if you have them (McDougalls mix not stocked at A) for this item - unless a later RTC goes and beats it. (My M's seems to have a 'reduced to clear' on some dishwasher set - £5 reduced to clear - but the same item was £2.55 in W of all places several months before, so at £5 they aren't going to clear any of them - at least not to me - in the hope that M's are hearing - as they seem to - you need to reduce the prices even more if you want to get rid of this item!)

Slightly off topic (although what is on topic?!)

Sada do Chosen by You smoothies in 750ml bottles for £1.... i thought they were smaller than the Innocent ones at £2 but they are the same size and they are lush, defintely as good as the Innocent ones but slightly less thick. Mr T are doing them at £3.09 atm :eek::eek:

For £1 they are a bargain and lots of 5 a day for us too lazy to get them elsewhere!

I do pride myself on my randomness!

There were also the funny tricks that were tried on new starters to a company.

Rice is not in the offer :(

Well spotted. So the Mullers (NOT Muller Rice) should still work vs M then, as long as people stick to those on my list (or on one posted by Rootednomad lately, which contains the same list of Mullers as the ones within my list).

This is hoping that the APG picks up M pricing for all the Mullers that were confirmed as working last week - which, it seems to be working and doing so now.
  • Does anyone know how the things like bottled water, paracteamol, salt, sponges e.c.t from A's compare against M's. Plannign a Muller shopping list. Thank You
