On the subject of ebay....I sold a large item on there over the weekend. I put in Huge bold letters on the listing that it was for collection only unless the buyer was in my local postcode area only (in big bold underlined letters ) in which case I would consider delivery.

I noticed the winning bidder lived in Leeds. So I sent a message asking them to contact me to arrange collection. No reply to that message. Today I got a very rude message that just said ' when are you delivering' and supplied me with the address. I replied back explaining that the item was collection only and the offer of delivery was only for very local buyers and that I'd made that very clear in the listing.

Ive now had an even ruder message demanding that I should deliver as that's what I offered in the listing:mad::mad: That they obviously didn't read  they also asked about the condition of the item in this message, despite the listing saying it was brand new, unused and still in it's packaging!!!! Some people:mad:

Im off to reply to them now that Ive got that off my chest:D.....I've just remembered why I took a break from ebay a while back:)

All fingers crossed for my friend Alfielala our caring vet will only let him go home if he is well enough
