Good morning all. Cold, grey and windy here today.
Just caught up. The night crew were quiet last night.
Nikki, hope all goes well with your pooch today.
logie, nice to see an update, hope you feel better soon. Good news that the chemo is working. Hugs.
Czernie, notice you posted yesterday morning, nice to see.
Lots of hugs to anyone in need.
Savvy, thanks so much for your lists. You must spend so much time checking and listing all the items.
Glad to see the 'disrupters' from yesterday were promptly removed. This thread is such a lovely place to visit and spend time (lots of time:D), and it makes me so  when someone makes nasty comments or tries to cause arguments with provocative posts. I too have to sit on my hands!
Did anyone see Martin's slot on 'This Morning' yesterday? He asked Phil and Holly what 12x£12 made, and they couldn't answer immediately. Phil was not happy, didn't look at Martin again, made a comment about 'a strange way to resign' and was very po faced for the rest of the interview.
I'm off to have my SW breakfast. I've got back into the swing of it now, and my scales show a loss, need to see what the SW scales show on Thursday. Nikkilala, how is your weight loss going? You have been doing so well.
    Back later x
edit. has anyone heard from tinyshoes, I haven't seen a post recently, or perhaps I've missed one while I've been skim reading. I hope all is well with her and her mum.

Good morning everybody I hope you are all well. I am on my third day with no shopping.

I hope you all managed to get around today and the pesky snow does not spoil your plans.

I hope you all have a fabulous Tuesday. Happy shopping.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

I've been round the houses with this too. Got told today that promo points only get added at the end of the collection period. Told them that it meant it was too easy for them to forget by that time and could they not add the points now. Worth a try but answer was no but apparently they've noted this on my account and I'll get a call in 2 months to let me know if they've been added. So that's 24 hours, 48 hours and now 2 months that various people have told me it'll take. I know they're not going to go on and they're hoping I'll forget.

Apart from the jammy sod who got them added in store, has anyone else got these added and how please?

Uhm, well, errrrrr :p At least I know from you and others after you that we're all in the same boat apart from the other jammy so-and-so jessietwo who managed an in-store points addition. I'm just jealous I never though of that :rotfl:

I phoned cs a few times and got a nice young lady to put them on;)

I personally think the muller glitch is a nice easy one for a newbie, go to asda, buy 10 different mullers in the offer but not bluberry flavour, not greek rhubarb and not muller rice. You will pay £4, make sure you do buy different ones as you need 8 different items. Go home with receipt, 3 hours later go onto asdapriceguarantee website and check the receipt, you will now be able to print a voucher for £3.80. Some will go back to store and use this voucher on other shopping, some will buy the same again.
Not sure I've explained it too well, as I am tired and been meaning to go to bed for ages. There are terms you need to know, like only being able to do 10 receipts a month, but use different emails and addresses each time and you should get round this. I hope that helps.

Also if you are near a morrisons then there is apparently a glitch on soup. They are going through the tills at 30p a can when you buy 2, although only mushroom confirmed and if you search the coupon thread there is a coupon you can get for 20p off a tin, making the soup only 10p a tin. I personally won't be getting any, as morries is too far for me and we don't really eat soup.
As others have said just keep reading, you'll soon be a pro money saver like others.
Also check out local shops, for times they reduce food. I happened to ask for the first time in my local co op this week and was told around 5ish, I got myself 3 packs of chicken drumsticks £1 each, chicken breast fillets (4) £1.50 and pork chops (4) £1.60, not as good as some of the savings at tesco, but closer to home. And with my babble I will wish you all a good night.
I would say more to certain individuals, like saying how happy I am to hear of
logies progress and more..just because I don't say it, doesn't mean I don't mean it...but as I am a terrible lurker I am going to run. God I really must be tired, babble, babble, babble...love ya all x goodnight x
