But yes I do recall a few people saying to contact T's about it...had it been my purchase I definitely would have. I was already waiting at that time on a response from Ts HO regarding DTD BEEFGATE and didn't want to draw more attention to myself.

I can't really complain, it was the equivalent of finding a tenner on the floor of T's carpark

I think if anyone could give it a go with HO then it is definitely you. Nothing to lose with a cash receipt.
