Just out of interest anyone know shops policy on perishables that go home once they are returned because I wouldnt fancy buying any of it.

In my experience, they do not accept an exchange after 20 mins. from the receipt time.

Don't worry Savvy I know that you will come back to me after you finish your little fling with Morries......(of which I am intensely jealous);):D

I'm very sorry about this - but, nonetheless, you are way better and beat me in the womble stakes and I'm jealous bit on that.;):rotfl:

Leads me onto another hour-long post...
On that, regarding my T womble from earlier, I've run it, as far as I can identify the items bought, through MSM (ordering it on the T side by price and then looking for that price on the receipt) and I think it'll return less than £1.00 (probably about 70p). The 'best' one appeared to be vs A. The cider they bought appears non-comp. The wine is £1.59:eek: more expensive in T:j:), and they even bought correctly the Value Digestive Biccies that are very just over 10% cheaper at A (little bit of a :j as only 5p added)....

    ....

    ....

....but then they added some Zantac onto the shop (big mistake) - £2 in T but £3.18 for A:eek: and ruined it all:mad:!!! Not rescued v much by some Gaviscon (about 20p cheaper in A) and some 99p crisps (probably losing a penny if they aren't NA). Not fond of 99p crisps!!! The multibuy items at 2 for £3 in A are both £1.50 each in A, so they don't help, they neither give anything nor rescue from the Zantac that they really should have kept totally separate. Argh...

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

(At least this one-second pick up of the receipt probably stops me being a member of the zero club for this month. I needn't even do anymore (though I almost certainly will!:rotfl: ). I doubt it'll return more vs M, but you never know... I think it's going to be A cheaper by about upper 60s or lower to mid 70s pence.

Carolt2 - I've nicked the Muller Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt and the
Muller Corner Crunch Strawberry Shortcake from your post and added to my list. There's now more selection of Mullers on my list.:T

Regarding the Persil washing-up liquids in M:
Thank you for the 'freedom of information request'. Having searched my records, both electronic and manual, I can confirm the following:

 Sorry, but I have no information on which Persil WULs are stocked in M. I did find - but have now misplaced (it's probably in the file now but at the very top) - a list of the M-own brand liquids, as they were/are 70p for such-and-such grammes, but decided the Danny Lemon Power 1.5L represents better value and the Persil's in M were only ever a low of £1.00. Unfortunately, I have been too savvy:rotfl::rotfl:in the past and not taken any of them to be especially good value - now they're 38p in A of course it's maybe a different matter - especially if they were to compare at £1 vs whomever. More :o and :o, but understandably I hope!;):)
you are so well organised savvy, but can you help us a little more. could you put your morry post no in your signature please. a link would be better there if you can. :)

I think this software may be out of date by the time I get wrinkles;):D:rotfl:

    Hi, they were on www.beforeishop.co.uk

Just checked and they are still there:

    £1 off Haagen-Daz Secret Sensations
£1 off Kleenex Eye Make Up Removal Pads
    50p off Kleenex Cleansing Range
    £1 off Nivea Body Lotion
    60p off Nuromol
40p off Tesco Rosanna Pink Onions

Interesting. I have a £3 Nivea moc for anything, have to have a look at mys to see if I can find anything that compares

Thank you. I'm not sure how to do that (I probably have to find and press a button marked "Add a signature" (lol!):rotfl:) - but it is post no 3409.

I am thinking of moving it to a new thread and putting it as one post on the first page, and I agree that's probably where it should go best (although equally perhaps don't want to draw too much attention to it in case Mr A then has second thoughts)...

I can re-post the whole lot (as it now stands) so that it appears at this point, and if that's demanded by several I will do so - although equally don't want to annoy anyone who doesn't want to see it repeated. I think the original post on pg 171 is good enough for its job. I certainly now have that page number locked in my memory and know exactly where to retrieve it if I try to update it:rotfl: next week. (I think it's the week after next I "dread", as a lot are ending 10th Feb.) I'm going to go for a quick retrieve of a new Tv M, then probably leaving for the night -- all the best.:)
