the OED single out 6 words of note ending in 'f' in english that do not pluralise with -ves (which is the norm) they are beliefs, chiefs, dwarfs, gulfs, proofs, roofs

depite this you can still find 'rooves' used commonly even by the BBC and they're sticklers for proper English -

    Hope that helps tweets

Morning everyone:)Been out already and used the last of my £5 off vouchers in M&S and going to have a quick catch up and then off to the hairdressers to meet Nannlylala and have layers put in my hair;)Its took me ages to grow it all one length and now decided I need some layers back:o
MrLala is seriously in the dog house;)After finding that he'd put car mats in the washing machine last night they have disintegrated and blocked the washing machine up, thats why the door wouldnt open it was full of water:eek::eek:He has now got the washing machine pulled out which is no easy job as its integrated and is trying to fix it!! He is officially banned from using it now once he's fixed it;)

What did you buy in M&S? I have just had some vouchers from a lovely peep on here and can't wait to see what is on offer. Shame the £5 meal deal has finished.

Has anyone been to the new store in Newport, does it have self scan?

Morning everyone, had to get on my way this morning, 6 inches of snow fell last night, and even parking on one of the arterial main roads last night, still struggled to get out of my home town.

Got to work safely though :)

Hope everyone on journeys will find it much easier today, hopefully sun will stay out and the snow will clear quickly .

    Take care everyone.
