    I went to the Iceland store this afternoon and they have 2 packs of Heinz 4 pack beans for £3, also the same deal with the spaghetti, so 16 tins for £6 = 37.5 a tin that puts me right for a while lol
    Low Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs

    Since first using Martins I have saved thousands

    For those who don't have dishwashers, just bumping David's post ;). This afternoon I picked up 6 of the only species on the shelf (39p for a lovely 625ml), the Orange Crush flavour - BC ends 893854. SEL marked as 75p RTC, but I knew different :D. Thanks David :T
