has anyone got a link to sada's £2 GC policy? In my store some of the trouts on CS try to fob you off with "we don't do the GC anymore" I don't believe it though as the CS trout still gave me one the other day despite telling me she hadn't given one to a customer for over a year! I posted a message on sada's FB the other day, but can't find my post now, or a reply. LOL

I'm sorry that you have been receiving contradictory information regarding our overcharge policy. I can understand how frustrating this must be for you. To our customers we are one company and as such we should be united on our policies and advice.

This will be given on every different item that you are overcharged for. It's concern to me that my colleagues in your local store are not adhering to this policy. I can assure you that this is not an old policy.

    Afternoon all.

Thought I'd missed out on the d/w tabs as I only caught up with the thread at about 9.30pm yesterday evening. A mad dash to 3 Expresses gained nothing. Undeterred, I went out again this morning and managed to get 6 boxes in 3 of the 4 stores I tried, although I didn't find any of the 26+26. Thanks so much for posting COT, I'm delighted with my little stash.

I also got a Vanish invite from Bzz, free tickets to see Hitchcock at the cinema and hand cream voucher from L'Occitane so am very :D right now.
