Evening AAu1, stairs done yet? ;)

We actually got a lovely housewarming gift from the wife's gran this week :D

Enough money to pay a decorator so that we can move in even sooner. They are doing the stairs, living and dining room for us

    :j:j:j:j

So I am finally done stripping (well I am done doing any stripping that I can share with you lot :rotfl:)

the points still get added if you do it on line now. as we all had emails stating points awarded im sure they will honour it.
i got the ones that were £1 in sada, cant wait for the pp

I never had a confirmation email. And if money off instead of points it would have been £7.50
Not sure but almost paid delivery so didn't cost me to try.

Not had email from blinkbox and know I qualified as they removed the offer once full. Have paid for films but not actually watched yet. Once I get back from daughters sat night I will have to watch as might be why I have not had email yet.
Got handcream email but site playing up, suppose there are 75000 people checking it tonight. Hoping I can collect in mk on sat while on tigerwhites patch.

I've been using the shopitize app and it works well apart from the issue with photographing the receipts but I have never had any issue with their help desk who always sort it out in a day or two.
The crunchy nut worked great but it has to be the 750g size, also used the pringles, jaffa cakes, coke and special k as I was buying them anyway so may as well get them for free. Also managed to get a APC on one receipt, bonus. Watch out for th eexpry dates though as the date on the receipt must show you bought it before the offer ends. Should be some new offers in the next few days[...]

I'm back:rotfl:, obviously nothing wrong with my connection, I was just having a joke with you. No-one wondering where I am so I may as well come back:rotfl::rotfl:...

Morrisons has been checked. The 750g Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes were not in the M store I used tonight, although the other one near had a huge 'half price' banner at the entrance for them yesterday, and they're on M's website today at half price £1.57 - so it must still be ongoing. I originally had the expiry date as 10/2/13. Therefore fantastic to use, with the app, and buy on your shopping vs M in Sada, even with stickler me saying I can't confirm that it is still on since I didn't find it in my store tonight.

McVities Jaffa 12s *are* indeed on offer in M for £1.00. Therefore, surely on Avs M with the shopitize voucher this makes them cost you 35p? (Of course, the A SP and the like are cheaper than the McVities but, because of the shopitize, it may make it worth getting the McVities instead on this occasion.)

jaffa are the 12 pack 0.55 off if share on fb/ email and coke is the diet 500ml is £1 but can only claim 1 so no good on multibuy
Special K are 230g but only .70 off and only in asda so not really worth it unless u were going to buy them anyway

The Diet Coke 500ml doesn't seem to be on A on MSM, but is avail. in T (and MSM is irrelevant to its PP) so could it be a shopitize in T vs M? M have the 500ml cokes on any 2 for £2.00. They're £1.19 each in T. So maybe effectively it's one for 19p (with shopitize) and the other for £1.00 (price match to M) - so in effect a buy one get one free. Or slightly better since 19p refund (we hope) on the first one too. But you'd need to add it onto a shop where you're already buying 6 other items vs M (and reusing a bag).

Special K - I can't find any 230g version, I assume you're referring to a Special K cereal and not some cereal bar? Do you mean 320g? The 320g are generally £2 in A and are more expensive in M, so they're not one for this shopping - and it's probably not worth it on this occasion. As mentioned before, Pringles are (continue to be this week) more expensive in M, so they're not for an M comp.

There were also some MOCs on the Welch 1L. These are good to go as the two varieties we've already mentioned (the Purple Grape Light and the White Grape, Pear & Apple) are 69p in M, so maybe one of each depending on how many Welch's MOCs you've got/are allowed to use.

The Velvet tissues were checked, and it's *not* the Classic Soft White 80 that are on offer in M. It's the Velvet Facial Balm Tissues with Aloe Vera & Camomile - Pocket Packs (8) intead. They're £1 in M "whilst stocks last" (and stocks lasted until at least yesterday now, Wednes, in my M). They were there last week too - but it may be that the size/weight of the packs amounts to less than 80 tissues? So might be better to get the £1 Velvets from A (although not on an M comp). It looks like the actual Classic Soft White Tissues 80 (£1 in A) aren't stocked in M - although I wouldn't risk it - although other packs of Velvet Tissues are stocked in M. Only the 8 pocket packs on offer.

The Young's Flipper Dippers (which appeared on a comp vs T at £1.00) have doubled in price in M now, so they're no longer on. The price vs T, even with APG, is more expensive than what M's straight price (82p) used to be. I'd wait until M are 82p again (may be quite some wait on this).

In a moment, I will post a list vs M again. To start off, it's last week's list Avs M, minus the items no longer on offer in M and a few I no longer think are good value. There are lots of new items to be added onto this list - probably on Fri. night now - as I have my own shopping to do tomorrow night so won't be able to do so - frustrating thing is I already now know just about all the items but writing them all down (and thus letting you have that information) is going to take time.

I suspect the new items, when added onto the list, will probably just mean a even greater job keeping track of them next week, added to by the fact that a lot of offers in M are expiring 10/2/13.

I'll try to add the new entries onto the list later. (Wish we had a computer that could sort them all by price per g. and put the cheapest per g. at the very top and the new entries appearing at the relevant point, a bit like the pop charts!!:rotfl::rotfl:)

Finally, the equivalent to T's Pork Steaks are £3.40 per kg this week in M, up from £2.25 a kg last week. It wasn't a case so much of whether M went up to 1kg but rather whether they went down to 1kg. A lot of the shoulders in my M are around 1.3 or 1.5kg. The smallest I saw was 1.13kg. T appear to be comparing their 1kg to the M Pork Shoulders on the price per kg price.

Public sector, hmmmm......I had to call the tax office yesterday, after some discussion, she asked my present wage, I told her, then she said she would input the same amount plus a small amount for next year.......I almost shouted at her down the phone to hold on, I told her I work in the public sector like her, and did she not realise there was a pay freeze on, and added to that, im having a 12% pay cut next year!! (grrrrr @ public sector!!)
