Plus i was overcharged on whoopsies. Wedges £1.50 down to 15p. Once i got my £1.35 back, i had to remind her of the DTD policy while she came up with every excuse under the sun then spent ten mins pb'ing about - why do they feel it is coming out of their own pocket??
Upshot was i got paid 67p by T to take away my sprouts, wedges, parsley, sage, tomatoes and parnsips. :j

Interesting - my store has always insisted that DTD doesn't apply to whoopsies, only to SEL's. Does anyone have the official lowdown on this please?

I have had two rings on the bell this morning/afternoon and still in my dressing gown:eek:. Opened without looking because I was expecting a parcel, but it was a salesman trying to sell me new fascias and gutters. Not at all bothered I wasn't dressed. Have never heard anyone talk so fast and long without drawing breath - couldn't manage to interrupt him which isn't normal for me ;) then said No and he just went without a word. He must of wasted at least 15 minutes.

Second ring was my parcel, which is sat besides me waiting to be opened - a pair of winter/snow boots ordered from Sports Direct. Saw them in store at £80 last week, and liked them. Then found them for £24.99 on line. They are fur lined brown and green suede with lace up fronts. Found a 10% off code as don't like paying delivery, so worked out £26.49 in total. Just hope they are OK, don't want to have to pay to sent them back.

Good wishes and hugs to everyone who needs them

Not sure if this has been mentioned but I did a click & collect for the shaving gels. Just checked my invoice and the bonus points aren't there but they do show in the confirmation email.

    Hope that helps someone.

Can I ask if anyone here with ovivo mobile. Seems too good to be true. Thinking of signing up. Tia

I have been with Ovivo since August, and I think it is fab. Like you I thought it was too good to be true, but I have had no problems, and have since signed my DS up too. I am a very light user, so this was ideal. Every month you get 100 SMS, 100 mins, 400 MB. The sign up is £10, and I have not spent any other money since, very MSE:) I'd recommend it. I think you have to have a smart phone, I think?
My vodafone contract is 300 mins, unlimited texts and 500mb data for £10. I have just upgraded yesterday to 600 mins for an extra fiver.

However, dont ever go over your inclusive minutes as i just got massively stung and didnt realise til i checked my bank yesterday... i got charged £107 last month  I actually spent 534 mins on the phone (!!) and was charged approx 32p per minute for going over. Never, ever, ever again. That was a costly lesson for me :(

It depends which SA is on, sometimes I get it, sometimes i dont. They dont know either.

But i emailed T on their FB page last week re: accepting safe coupons (they do btw). I printed it out and it's in my T coupon wallet, ready for when i next get trouted. Maybe FB them asking about DTD policy on reductions?
