I think its to do with the size. The ones the op got are slightly smaller than the normal ones. I think they must be changing the size, the size you need are the 4x58g (232g):)

Hv suggested when my lo was constipated to bath him in warm bath, then rub tummy in small circle motion in clockwise direction and bring legs up to bum like in a kneeling position, worked for my Ds when he hasn't been for 10 days when he was 6 months old worth a try and hth
