Does anyone know the date on the womans own mags with the Welch's please - I looked earlier and saw some dated 04/02 but I though I read somewhere it was Jan dated (and I've no idea who Denise ... is :o)

Not sure of the date but had a look whilst i was in sada about 30 mins ago and the new magazine is on the shelves today (i.e not the Welchs one).

Fortunately I bought a few last night in my T where there were loads of the mags. Used a few last night on a whoopsie shop and the SA had a double take when she saw my trolley load of fruit, veg, flowers and a big celebration cake (not for me though:() and the bottom line at 76p:rotfl::rotfl:
    Awaiting a new sig

Back from docs, DS sat on bed in docs and doc was wiggling his leg up but could only put it so far down, cannot straighten completely, checked all around knee area and hip, said it feels fine, not swollen or anything. Confused him to be honest, asked if DS has had a cold or had a high temperature and if he has he should be taken to hospital could be an infection. Luckily he hasnt, doc has told me to keep him at home and dose him up with calpol and nurofen today and put a hot water bottle on his knee for 20 mins every 4 hours and if he comes out with a temperature at all, to take him to hospital straight away. If not any better, wants to check him out tomorrow morning.

Well DS is sat on sofa, crying his eyes out, he has rang his dad crying, he doesnt want to miss a day at school, even though he has the head of the school today, he must be the only child who wants to go to school,my other son would have jumped at the chance of a day off.

Thanks for all your kind words, I do feel awful for sending him to school though, I just thought he would be ok once around the corner.

Hope he recovers soon. Don't feel bad :) Most of us have done this even if some don't admit it. I made my ds (8) go to school when he was five complaining of a sore arm and shoulder. I then picked him up from school and made him go to swimming lesson. It only clicked that he wasn't faking it when the swimming teacher brought him over to me to say he couldn't lift his arm up high enough without pain to do the back stroke. He had broken his collar bone the day before  He milked that one for weeks :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Good morning. :)

My dd is 3yrs today. Where do the years go. balloons.jpg

Finally had some good news about O/H car.
I got hold of a second hand part yesterday and the garage has just phoned to say it's all ready to pick up. Cost just under £100 so not bad considering the part bought new would have been £200 alone plus before labour. :D

Happy Birthday to your dd :bdaycake:
