Be prepared to pull apart trolleys though and pick up from puddles - always carry a plastic bag for this.

One tip is to use a trolley coin rather than £1. If you get caught you can leave the coin or just say "these blinking coins always get stuck" etc. They offer more scope. Always carry a pair of tweezers.

Good luck Purdy:(I know what you mean with Purdy getting in a state at the vets. They got to the stage at the old vets where they wouldnt do anything to Alfie without a muzzle or sedation:(But the new vets is fab.Alfie bounded in there last night and while we were waiting to go in even laid on the floor which is a miracle and proves how comfortable he is in there now.
It is a total worry though. The C word was mentioned last night so not looking forward to tonights phone call:(

Morning everyone, quick catch up then contemplating going on a 4p shoe hunt;)
Just had a bath and smothered myself in Sanctuary Body Lotion and thought I was going to erupt in blisters:eek:It burns like nothing I've ever used before. Just read the bottle and it has ginger and fragrant spices in to stimulate the circulation!!It seriously hurt though:eek:It says"this product produces warm and creates tingling skin" It should have a better warning than that,It's evil!
Still catching up but having a keeping busy day today;)

If the phonecall is after surgery may be quite late because as you know he never rushes his patients & fits extra ones in , I've waited till 9/10 o'clock before now it is agony waiting. Please text me when you hear.

Re the Body Lotion just went to bathroom to see what I used (no idea why I havent thrown it away)

bnatural Conditioning Salt Scrub - Naturally exfoliating sea salt, stimulating cinnamon bark oil & moisturising brazil nut oil

    followed by
bnatural Enriching body butter - Naturally nourishing mango oil, moisturising cocoa butter & coconut oil, soothing aloe vera

maybe it was a mistake using both together but I thought I was on fire !
