Automating caption competition votes

I do a lot of caption competitions (almost all with very small prizes, if any). I try to avoid voting competitions, because I don't want to bother friends asking for their involvement. However, I find it interesting that there is now an app for this. It is perhaps a little unclear whether it helps you get votes for humorous captions you have submitted or for the captions to photograph competitions you have entered.
