    If anyone doesn't receive theirs, just email Head Office using the link on the first page and explain, giving your name and address.

    I did this after not receiving anything after a few weeks ... they sent me a free bar a couple of days later. :D

    hmmm, think I've worked out if you ar going to receive the bar or not. If you fill in your address, email and bar choice and then get taken straight to the thank you screen, then I don't think the order has been completed.

    If on the other hand you go to another screen that asks if you have purchased slimfast products before, I think you're in luck.
