ADVICE NEEDED PLS Home based work Legit or Scam??

I have been uploading my CV onto some job Databases in the hope of finding a legit Company that i can work from home with. I have had a reply from an apparent Company in the US, private and to my home email address but i really have no idea if it's legit or not. They are called the Fulton Resources Group and the position is for a Customer Support Officer, the email was apparently from a lady that is the head of HR for the Company. Theres nothing on the internet that i can find regarding so really confused. They're not asking for any up-front payment and say that i have a 10 week training period first off for which they will pay me. Does it sound too good to be true???

This is the first part of the letter they sent me with the application form if anyone could share advice i would be really grateful.

I'm afraid this is a scam.

I had the same email yesterday and assumed that it was in connection with my CV I uploaded on Jobsite.

I googled the company and could not find anything on them so I searched on the url that was included in the email and got what seemed to be a perfectly legit website.

I emailed back and asked for further info as it was all a bit sketchy; I had a reply asking for alsorts of personal information including my bank details, which was a bit bizarre as I hadn't even agreed to an interview!

I contacted Jobsite today to check if they had heard of the company and if they had them registered; it transpires that it is purely a coincidence that this company contacted me. While on the phone I checked the website again and what do you know; it has now disappeared and is under construction!

Jobsite were very helpful and said they were aware of alsorts of scams that were ongoing; some to attempt to steal identities and others to try and take money from people.

It's a definite scam - can't tell you what type as I've not got enough details to go on, but any company that asks you for bank details at the application stage is up to no good.

Did the job description by any chance mention payment processing?

Also, a quick search on the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission website shows that the license number they give belongs to a company with a different name.

OMG thank you soooo much. I'm so fed up of aimlessly trying to find a legit home-working job, i just want to earn a bit of xtra money grrrr, suppose you can't have everything lol..........

What skills do you have and what type of home-working job are you looking for?

I have Admin, typing, data processing, customer service skills, quite a wide range really, but i keep getting scammers emailing me all the time, i,m not interested in cold calling or selling, just a nice typing job will do but i cant audio type :-(
