Any other Ella's Kitchen Yoghurty Faces winners? Question

My daughter was one of the winners from the Ella's Kitchen yoghurty faces competition, one of twenty children chosen to receive a cool bag (with spoon) and have their picture appear in the new advert, the terms also state that a dvd copy of the advert would be posted to winners withi 14 days of the winners being picked.

When they emailed, they did not mention anything about the advert, and although I did ask about this part of the prize, they have not responded.

Not really sure what to do, any one have any ideas or have their child picked too?

Jokey was one of the other winners, I don't know about the others.

You don't say why you queried it - are you unhappy about your picture being in the advert? I did include that bit of the T&C when I posted the comp, because I know not everyone would like it (part of the reason I didn't enter myself, in fact). I think you might be stuffed if that's the case... it was why they were running the competition.

It's much the opposite, I am completely happy for her to appear in the advert but there was no mention of the advert on the winning email, and when I emailed back to confirm that the advert was still part of the prize they did not respond. There is no mention of the advert on the winning pictures post on facebook either. They released their new advert on 7th January so I was wondering if they had maybe posted that as part of the prize and then maybe overlooked it?

That's a relief! I hope you get an answer from them soon, and that it's the one you want. It does seem odd that the advert's already out. Maybe they copied the t&c from an earlier competition & missed that bit... it would be very careless but they wouldnt' be the first to do something similar!

I like to think it's because she was TOO gorgeous to appear
