Santander end of fixed term

I agree. I and many others are in the same situation. I never chose to be with Santander, it just happened when they took over Abbey. Perhaps I should have moved then instead of continuing to use them. Well lesson learnt. They have a bad customer rating anyway and time to move on. Their reputation seems to be getting worse by the day. I do wish one of the other big banks would offer a similar product to their 123 accounts - does anyone know if this exists anywhere else?0

I'd be interested in any suggestions too. The sad thing is I teach courses which involve financial planning - I talk the talk, now need to walk the walk0 -
If remortgaging with Santander what evidence do they ask for?
DD has recently married but her husband is newly self employed and she has reduced her working hours. Her fixed rate ends this Summer, a remortgage with Santander may be her only option (other than staying on the SVR).0 -
