Thinking of you too 365 - there is never a good time to hear such news but things always seem more poignant at Christmas time.

That was a wonderful quote from your brother satchmo - it must be a huge relief for him.

No AFD for me last night - I gave in to a single glass of white wine which I thoroughly enjoyed

Thanks for letting us know where you're up to, sorry it wasn't the hoped for outcome but hope the treatment and recovery will be over quick and you can get on with your life. Just keep remembering to put yourself first, you are your priority.

No more AFDs for me to report but I am planning a couple more to try and get my reindeer smiley before the month's out. Then we'll all look forward to 2014!:)

Sorry to have been AWOL, I've only had 3 AF days and if I've kept to a glass a night instead of half a bottle I've done well!
Unlikely that it will get any better this month so I'll focus onJanuary
